It is not a surprise when knowing that Mr. Dao Trong Khang has established his own business named DTK Consulting Co., Ltd.
For me, Mr. Dao Trong Khang, the Director of DTK Consulting Co., Ltd, is one of the most outstanding Vietnamese managers who have worked for International Non-government Organisations (INGOs). He has been a focal person of INGOs’ Admin Working Group for many years. He has proved his excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills which all managers would like to have.
He is a manager with strong analytical and synthetic skills. He is able to see things from a truly holistic perspective and easy to cope with new situations. He has wide knowledge and understanding of the Vietnamese administration and society as a whole. He has great knowledge of outside worlds in many different aspects of management such as human resource management, business management, finance management and knows all the changes of Vietnam laws related to human resource. He has good ability to identify needs and pursue changes and developments with deep understanding of the needs of labour market and individuals. He has unlimited potentials.
He has wonderful relationships with INGOs colleagues and he is highly appreciated by all colleagues of admin/finance group (no exception) for his help and consultancy. He always provides best possible service and assistance for colleagues and customers to succeed in their work and life.
I truly believe that Mr. Dao Trong Khang was born to bless and prosper people.
